HOW LONG CAN I HIRE FOR?
The typical hire time is 24 hours, however some corporate events or weekend celebrations require our Light Up props longer and we can accommodate this when agreeing your proposal. Disco’s and DJ hire is based on approximately 5-6 hours.
WHAT ARE YOUR LIGHT UP LETTERS MADE OF?
Our Light Up Letters are made from Wood or recycled pallet wood depending on the finish. Our White Letters are finished in a long lasting industrial paint to ensure longevity.
CAN WE HIRE PROPS TO GO OUTSIDE?
Our Light Up props are made for internal use only, however if good weather allows, Props can be placed outside on a flat surface for a short amount of time.
HOW DO LIGHT UP LETTERS LIGHT UP?
Each item has its own individual IEC Lead (Kettle Lead) and is either plugged directly into a source of power (wall plug) or into an extension lead which also requires a wall plug to power.
CAN I MOVE THE PROPS?
We recommend not to move the Light Up Props after set up, as they are built intentionally heavy to stop them from falling.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We are based near Mansfield, Nottingham and cover all of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Chesterfield and surrounding. We can sometimes hire further and this can be discussed in your proposal.
CAN I COLLECT MY PROPS?
Yes! We offer a dry hire service from our unit space in Kirkby In Ashfield, along with a damage deposit that can be discussed when booking.
HOW LONG DO LIGHT UP LETTERS TAKE TO SET UP?
Approximately 15-20 minutes depending on the amount and the access of your venue.
HOW LONG DO DISCO’S TAKE TO SET UP?
Up to one hour.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance up to £10million and our items are annually PAT tested by a professional. Our certifications can be downloaded from our website.
